BANK TRANSFER


After the order confirmation, we will send you an e-mail with all the necessary payment details. Please use the order number as the payment reference. The goods will be sent after the transfer has been received by our party. You will get an e-mail confirmation before the order is sent to you.

Shipping Options

PERSONAL PICK-UP


You can pick your order up directly from our studio at Mánesova 1092/42, 120 00, Prague 2 upon prior agreement. We will choose the time that suits you best. Personal pick-up is free of charge.

PACKAGE DELIVERY


Please see the list of countries we deliver to with respective prices below. If an order is shipped outside of the EU, you may be liable for taxes and other duties.

  • Czech Republic
    100 CZK. Free of charge for orders above 2 500 CZK. Usually 2 -3 business days.

  • Slovakia, Poland or Germany
    265 CZK. F    ree of charge for orders above 2 500 CZK. Usually 2 - 3 business days.

  • Europe
    Usually 5 business days.

 

The cost of delivery to the following countries is 850 CZK via PPL or 300 CZK via GLS

VIA CZECH POST


Delivery takes usually more than 5 business days. The delivery times may be longer due to customs procedures at the borders.

The cost of delivery to the following countries is 1 500 CZK. The cost is excluding duties and taxes which are born by the customer​

TAM ARA reserves the right for longer dispatch times due to personal or national holidays. In case of longer personal holidays, the customer will be informed on our front page. Thank you for your understanding and, of course, we will do our very best to send the package as soon as possible.

TAM ARA is not responsible for any delays or damages that occurred during shipping with an external company. We advise you to check the package carefully before accepting it. If you notice any irregularities or damages, do not accept the delivery and file a claim directly with the courier.
